The ARRL GENERAL CLASS LICENSE MANUAL 6th Edition This book covers more than just answers to the general class questions.  It explains the concepts behind the questions which leads to better enjoyment of the hobby and/or more effective emergency communications.  The book will be available for purchase at the first class for $18.00 which is a student discounted price from the $24.95 list price.  The book is also available from several other sources or the ARRL itself.  However, if the book is purchased from another source, make sure it is the 6th edition which covers questions currently on the exam.
